Harley is a founder and web, mobile, and AI developer.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning web development, mobile applications, e-commerce, service businesses, and AI, Harley designs and ships practical digital systems that reduce manual work, improve operational throughput, and connect world-class customer experiences to the systems behind them.
His work sits at the intersection of product strategy, frontend design, backend architecture, AI integration, and real-world business operations. He typically works across the entire process—from identifying the right problem and designing the solution to implementing it, launching it, and handing it off successfully.
Founder + Web/Mobile/AI Developer

He has been starting businesses and building things since he was a kid. He began by selling Pokémon cards and mowing lawns, then launched one of his first online businesses—an eBay dropshipping store—in 2007. That experience made him pay closer attention to the internet and the opportunities it was beginning to create.
In 2008, as a junior in high school, Harley joined the Business Professionals of America Web Development Team. The team entered a competition to design the next State of Texas tourism website—and won. That was when Harley first learned to design and build website and became fascinated by what was possible.
Harley went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business while gaining hands-on experience in management and entrepreneurship.
During college, he worked in restaurants to pay the bills, eventually becoming an Assistant General Manager and joining the new-store opening team at Buffalo Wild Wings. The experience taught him how to lead large teams across multiple departments, build repeatable operating systems, and identify the metrics that actually matter in a growing, competitive business. In 2015, Harley joined a growing car wash company as a managing partner. He helped expand the business from two locations to four before deciding it was time to build something of his own. Throughout that time, he continued building websites and experimenting with new business ideas on the side.
In 2017, he founded Quickease Car Care, an app-based mobile car cleaning service. Harley used his development experience to differentiate the company by creating an unusually convenient customer experience, including seamless appointment booking, tracking, and automated payments, all in-app. Quickease grew into one of Florida’s largest mobile car-washing businesses.
Harley still owns Quickease today, but now spends most of his time building websites, applications, and AI integrations for clients. In his free time, he is usually experimenting with an idea—building an MVP, testing early market demand, and iterating based on what he learns.
Along the way, Harley has built everything from business-management systems to consumer applications. One early project was an online contest platform featuring car themed competitions and sponsored prizes. The site eventually attracted millions of page views per day, giving him an early—and occasionally unforgiving—education in server infrastructure and building for scale.
Harley’s combination of technical, managerial, and entrepreneurial experience allows him to understand more than what a client wants built. He can understand why it matters to the business, what outcome it needs to create, and how to architect a solution that works in the real world.
In 2019, Harley married his amazing wife, Lauren. Together, they spend as much time as possible traveling and have explored destinations throughout the United States and the Caribbean, as well as Australia, Hungary, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Japan. When Harley isn’t running his businesses, building new projects, or traveling with Lauren, he enjoys building and racing cars, exercising, and fishing.

Harley is currently building AI-first systems around agent orchestration, automation, and workflow optimizations.
One of his current projects include a personal executive assistant App: A consumer app for both iOS and Android, HeyBean is the personal assistant you've always wanted. An AI-first dashboard that helps you manage your calendars, todos, reminders, grocery lists, and sync households to stay more organized.
Another recent project is a spin-off of his mobile car cleaning business: A consumer app for mobile service that allows customers to schedule services automatically, auto-assign to service providers, and track client experiences from booking to service fulfilment and beyond.
Recent client work includes implementing part of the myFelipe.ai backend and deploying its website to AWS, plus building the Relative Choice community on Mighty Networks.

MY PROCESS
Every project follows a clear six-step path. We agree on the goal, shape the experience, build in reviewable stages, test the real-world details, launch carefully, and watch what happens afterward. You always know what is being worked on, what decisions are needed, and what comes next.
A simple, transparent process from the first conversation through launch. You see progress early, make decisions with real work in front of you, and always know what comes next.
We define the problem, who it affects, and what success looks like. You get a clear scope, priorities, timeline, and first milestone before work begins.
I map the key screens and user journey so you can see how everything will work. You review and approve the direction before the full build begins.
I build in small, visible stages and share working progress throughout. You can try features early, give feedback, and always know where the project stands.
I test the complete experience in the situations your customers or team will actually use. Confusing steps, broken paths, and unexpected results are fixed before launch.
I move the finished product live, connect the final services, and confirm everything works in the real environment. You receive a stable release and clear handoff.
After launch, I watch for errors, slow spots, and places where people get stuck. Real feedback guides practical improvements and what is worth building next.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
Tell me about your project, what your goals and timelines are, and let's see if I can help.

myFelipe.ai turns conversational AI into a practical front door for a business: answering calls around the clock, handling multilingual conversations, and moving callers toward booked appointments instead of missed opportunities.
Backend implementation, systems integration, and production deployment
Backend Development · Retell AI · OpenAI · AWS

The product needed more than a compelling AI demo. Its customer-facing experience, backend behavior, third-party AI services, and cloud environment all had to work as one dependable production system.
Harley implemented backend functionality within the client engagement, worked across the integration boundaries that connect the product experience to its AI capabilities, and deployed the finished website to an AWS cloud server. The work demonstrates the ability to move between application logic, external services, infrastructure, and release execution without losing sight of the user journey.
A conversion-focused web experience introduces the product, communicates value, and gives prospects a path into the live AI demo.
Backend functionality supports the product workflows and keeps customer-facing behavior separate from infrastructure concerns.
Retell AI and OpenAI capabilities sit behind a defined integration boundary so conversational services can evolve without coupling the entire application to one provider.
The production release runs on AWS with the application and deployment configuration treated as part of the delivered system.
AI Agent Platform + Cross-Platform Product
HeyBean is a full-stack, cross-platform productivity system built around a simple product idea: instead of making people manage another set of tools, give them an AI agent that can help manage the work across those tools.

Personal productivity data is fragmented, time-sensitive, and deeply contextual. The system has to coordinate calendars, tasks, reminders, notes, household schedules, notifications, and user preferences while keeping each person’s agent runtime isolated and dependable.
Harley designed HeyBean as a layered platform: Flutter delivers one mobile experience across devices, Laravel owns the application API and business workflows, and private agent runtimes provide personalized orchestration per user. Firebase Cloud Messaging, Stripe, ElevenLabs, Resend, and the OpenAI API extend the core product with notifications, billing, voice, email, and intelligence.
A Flutter and Dart application provides a consistent mobile experience while supporting native notification and device behaviors.
Laravel owns authenticated APIs, product workflows, user and workspace data, scheduling rules, and the stable contract used by the client.
OpenClaw and the Hermes agent harness support private runtime instances, personalized context, tool use, and agent-driven actions for each user.
Firebase Cloud Messaging, Resend, and ElevenLabs connect scheduled work to push, email, and voice experiences.
Stripe and the surrounding backend workflows support subscription state and the operational requirements of a real consumer product.
Full-Stack Operations Platform
Quickease pairs a polished customer booking experience with the less-visible operations system required to deliver a mobile service at scale: scheduling, dispatch, payments, discounts, status tracking, and field coordination.

A mobile car-care company has to continuously match customer demand, locations, appointment windows, contractors, pricing rules, and payment state. Doing that through disconnected forms and manual handoffs would cap growth and make the customer experience unpredictable.
Harley built an integrated Laravel and Flutter platform that carries each job from lead capture and online booking through contractor dispatch, live appointment tracking, payment, and follow-up. Google Maps supports location-aware workflows, Stripe handles customer and contractor money movement, and the communication and monitoring stack keeps customers informed and production issues visible.
The responsive web booking flow captures service, vehicle, location, availability, discount, and payment requirements in one guided journey.
Laravel centralizes job state, scheduling, business rules, service areas, discounts, contractor assignment, and the APIs used by each interface.
A Flutter and Dart mobile experience gives contractors the job details, status controls, routing context, and workflow they need in the field.
Stripe and Google Maps support payment flows, contractor payouts, address validation, distance-sensitive logistics, and geographic expansion.
SendGrid and Sentry close the loop with transactional communication, error visibility, and faster production diagnosis.
