Harley is a founder and web, mobile, and AI developer.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning web development, mobile applications, e-commerce, service businesses, and AI, Harley designs and ships practical digital systems that reduce manual work, improve operational throughput, and connect world-class customer experiences to the systems behind them.

His work sits at the intersection of product strategy, frontend design, backend architecture, AI integration, and real-world business operations. He typically works across the entire process—from identifying the right problem and designing the solution to implementing it, launching it, and handing it off successfully.

He has been starting businesses and building things since he was a kid. He began by selling Pokémon cards and mowing lawns, then launched one of his first online businesses—an eBay dropshipping store—in 2007. That experience made him pay closer attention to the internet and the opportunities it was beginning to create.

In 2008, as a junior in high school, Harley joined the Business Professionals of America Web Development Team. The team entered a competition to design the next State of Texas tourism website—and won. That was when Harley first learned to design and build website and became fascinated by what was possible.

Harley went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business while gaining hands-on experience in management and entrepreneurship.

During college, he worked in restaurants to pay the bills, eventually becoming an Assistant General Manager and joining the new-store opening team at Buffalo Wild Wings. The experience taught him how to lead large teams across multiple departments, build repeatable operating systems, and identify the metrics that actually matter in a growing, competitive business. In 2015, Harley joined a growing car wash company as a managing partner. He helped expand the business from two locations to four before deciding it was time to build something of his own. Throughout that time, he continued building websites and experimenting with new business ideas on the side.

In 2017, he founded Quickease Car Care, an app-based mobile car cleaning service. Harley used his development experience to differentiate the company by creating an unusually convenient customer experience, including seamless appointment booking, tracking, and automated payments, all in-app. Quickease grew into one of Florida’s largest mobile car-washing businesses.

Harley still owns Quickease today, but now spends most of his time building websites, applications, and AI integrations for clients. In his free time, he is usually experimenting with an idea—building an MVP, testing early market demand, and iterating based on what he learns.

Along the way, Harley has built everything from business-management systems to consumer applications. One early project was an online contest platform featuring car themed competitions and sponsored prizes. The site eventually attracted millions of page views per day, giving him an early—and occasionally unforgiving—education in server infrastructure and building for scale.

Harley’s combination of technical, managerial, and entrepreneurial experience allows him to understand more than what a client wants built. He can understand why it matters to the business, what outcome it needs to create, and how to architect a solution that works in the real world.

In 2019, Harley married his amazing wife, Lauren. Together, they spend as much time as possible traveling and have explored destinations throughout the United States and the Caribbean, as well as Australia, Hungary, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Japan. When Harley isn’t running his businesses, building new projects, or traveling with Lauren, he enjoys building and racing cars, exercising, and fishing.

As a life-long car enthusiast, Harley has been building and drifting cars since his teens. His passion for cars has often directed his directions in work and business, including his current mobile detailing business and recent projects, like creating a social media app for car enthusiasts. He often drives at Orlando Speed World drift events.
